UHT (Ultra High Temperature) is a heat treatment process applied to liquid products to obtain sterile (sterile) products with a long shelf life. One advantage of products produced by UHT Milk Machine, such as ice cream base mixes, is that they can be stored and transported without cooling. Due to the large reduction in bacteria and spores, UHT products have a shelf life of 9 - 12 months.

Our plants have the flexibility of direct and indirect steam heat treatment.

Processing capacity:

Direct steam injection – cooking steam (filtering all impurities or steam generated by evaporating water) into the product and then rapidly cooling it in a vacuum chamber. We use this effective method on non-stick products such as milk and juice.

Indirect heat treatment - During indirect heating, the product does not come into direct contact with the heat source, but is heated by cross-flow heat transfer. This provides a gentler heat transfer for our viscous sorbet and ice cream mix. The plant is also equipped with a two-stage aseptic homogenizer to provide the best taste for all our products.
